About
Slow Build Lab is a personal notebook about software that takes its time.
I am an independent software engineer. I spend most of my working hours on developer tooling, build systems and the unglamorous middle layer between a service and the people who use it.
This site collects measurements, postmortems and notes that were too long for a commit message and too short for a paper. It is published as plain static files, it has no analytics, and it does not accept comments.
If something here is wrong, it is usually because I measured it on one machine on one afternoon. Corrections are welcome: hello@slowbuildlab.com.
